Returns Policy

Only none used activation codes or return eLicenser including valid licence can be refound without any fee.

We try to test each eLicenser we send, but If we sent you a no fonctionnal dongle, then we will send you a new one, as soon as possible.

Our product are well tested on many computers and operating system, but some time, it could be some incompatibility. As a full features demonstration licence of our products are available,  we can't take into account any disfonctionement with your system.

But feel free to contact us for any problems you encourt, we will try to help you, find a solution or release new update as soon as possible.


Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Shipping is assumed by National Post (We are sending eLicenser without any licenses which are sent by email, and so they bring no value). We try to ship your product in less than a few days, but this can be more depending on the destination

Broken or stolen dongle

Be carefull with your eLicenser or iLok : it brings your license and all your software propriety.

But as we know that dongle could'nt be very friendly to must of the users, we want to give them some assurance : In the case of you would break or be stolen your dongle, we could send you after some checking, a new authorization code. But not all the compagny do this, so keep an eye on it !
